Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
When you enter a name or other detail in a third-party search box, the input is sent to that provider to process the query and return its results. Freestone County Warrant Records does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, we keep the message so the team can review and answer it. We do not share that message outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure. You may ask us to remove a message, subject to any lawful recordkeeping need.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers may receive technical details when a page loads, including:
- The network address assigned to the visitor's device
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on each page
- The referring website, if one sent the visitor
- The time and date of a page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. We use them and analytics services to understand overall page use, such as which pages draw visits and where sessions end. Browser settings can block cookies. Some parts of the site may work differently when cookies are disabled.
What We Do With This Data
Information described in this policy may be used to:
- Operate the site and improve page loading
- Route search entries to the outside service that runs the tool
- See which pages are useful and which need changes
- Find and repair technical problems
- Display advertising that may relate to visitor interests
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant records. It provides general directions to the Freestone County Sheriff's Office, the courts that issue warrants, and other official record custodians. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or records about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes are run by outside providers. Information entered into one is handled under that provider's privacy notice and terms, not this policy. Each provider sets its own retention and sharing practices, which we do not control. Review its policy before sending personal information or paying for a search.
Links to Other Websites
Pages may link to county offices, courts, state agencies, legal resources, and third-party search services. Following a link takes the visitor to a separate service whose privacy rules apply there. Check its policy before sharing personal details.
Some advertising companies may track activity across multiple websites to select ads. That tracking occurs on the advertising partner's systems, outside our control.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Information may be handled by:
- A search company that receives a query entered into its tool
- Analytics services that measure traffic and site performance
- Advertising networks that place ads on our pages
- A law-enforcement or government body responding to a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
We use customary security measures intended to protect information we collect. Internet-connected systems cannot be made perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your Data Rights
Privacy and consumer-protection rights depend on where a person lives and which law applies. A visitor may contact us to ask what direct information we have, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of certain processing where applicable. We do not keep search terms entered into third-party tools, so we may not be able to identify or retrieve a search query from our records.
- Ask for a copy of direct information we can identify
- Request correction of a message or contact detail
- Ask us to delete information we hold, subject to legal duties
- Request an applicable opt-out of certain data processing
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy. When it changes, the current text and a new effective date will appear here. Review the policy periodically if you want to know how visitor information is handled.
